I was greeted by Brittany, she was fantastic,there was a mistake made on my room, but took care of it in a timely manner. Her customer service was second to none. My company gives 150% customer service, so when I travel, and I receive customer service at that level,I have to let the company know. Arlene the manager was top notch, I had to have a fax sent for my business and she took care of it, plus I was having problems with the internet, she rectified it immediately. I definitely intend to stay at This Best Western again. Unfortunately being I just got out of the hospital, I couldn't use any of the amenities but my sons and their girlfriend and my wife were over joked. I Recommend highly for anybody looking for a place to stay for business, to definitely stay here.

My overall experience was fantastic! I will definitely be booking with Best Western Barrie again. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated that the food was always replenished. The kitchen staff were very kind and ensured everything ran smoothly. The parking was excellent, with plenty of space even during the busy holiday season. The only downside was the noise from kids running in the hallway, but that's to be expected with children around. 10/10 highly recommend

Staff welcomed us. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. When some things ran out, they were replenished quickly and kindly on request. Excellent and helpful breakfast staff person. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did not hear road noise. The in-room coffee supplies were excellent, and decaf was included.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, including the king size bed.. My partner took breakfast both days while I only one day. There was a good variety of food and beverages whether one preferred a substantial breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoe fries or something lighter like oatmeal and toast.

The beds, pillows and bedding very, very comfortable and I am picky about that. The room was a good size and I was impressed with the quiet air conditioner and precise control.
